In consideration of being allowed to participate in activities, programs, and services offered by Athlete Resource Center (hereinafter referred to as "ARC"), I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participation in sports training activities and programs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, physical harm, and loss. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation in ARC activities.

2. Personal Responsibility: I understand and agree that I am responsible for my own actions and decisions during my participation in ARC activities. I will comply with all instructions and guidelines provided by ARC trainers, coaches, and staff to ensure my safety and the safety of others.

3. Medical Fitness: I certify that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in ARC activities. I have no known medical conditions that would prohibit my involvement or increase the risk of injury. I will promptly inform ARC of any changes in my health status that may affect my ability to participate safely.

4. Release of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless ARC, its trainers, coaches, employees, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in ARC activities, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss, whether caused by negligence or any other act or omission.

5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold ARC, its trainers, coaches, employees, representatives, and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my actions or conduct during my participation in ARC activities, including any claims brought by third parties.

6. Photography and Media Release: I grant ARC the permission to use, reproduce, and/or publish photographs, videos, and other media taken during my participation in ARC activities for promotional, educational, or other related purposes without compensation or further notification.

7. Severability: If any provision of this liability waiver is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By signing this liability waiver, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks and responsibilities associated with my participation in ARC activities, and I hereby release ARC from any and all claims or liabilities that may arise.
